Service Description

Do you have a new issue you are seeking physical therapy for? An evaluation is the place to start. You will be seen by the PT and assessed to find the best plan of care and informed of that plan. You may also receive treatment during your visit if time permits. The cash price will only apply if you are not using insurance. We are unable to guarantee the timeslot chosen, so we will contact you with valid Date/Time options for your evaluation. NOTE: If paying with insurance the cash price will not apply and we will only collect any co-pay required by your policy at the time of your visit.
