Returning for your next visit for a condition currently being treated by one of our physical therapists? This is the place for you. The cash price will only apply if you are not using insurance. We are unable to guarantee the timeslot chosen, so we will contact you with valid Date/Time options for your evaluation. NOTE: If paying with insurance the cash price will not apply and we will only collect any co-pay required by your policy at the time of your visit. Your insurance policy may also require a referral from your PC provider which will need to be provided before your 2nd visit.
